Our website is protected with an SSL Security Certificate, ensuring that all data exchanged between you and our platform is encrypted and safe from unauthorised access.
Additionally, we use Stripe, a trusted and secure payment gateway, to process all payments. Stripe follows the highest standards of security, including PCI compliance, to ensure that your payment information is always protected. If you are looking at items across our complete range of brand partners, then please use the search bar at the top of the page using key characteristics i.e. product name or product code and relevant results will then be displayed. These results can be refined further through filters on colour, product type and brand as needed.
You can also click on Shop which will present our full range of products and you can then use the filters (as above) to refine down to your chosen item(s).
If you are looking for a specific range of bespoke products that form part of a Clubshop for a Team, Educational Institution or Organisation, then please visit our Club Shops Page where are Club Shops can be filtered alphabetically to find the correct Club Shop and range of products that you are looking for.
Although we do keep a large working stock of products from our partner brands, it would be impossible for us to keep stock of every product displayed on our website.
Where we do not have stock, we will need to order products in from our partner brands to bespoke quantity, size and colour requirements to fulfill your order.

All of the sizing on our website is shown in UK Sizes.
Unfortunately, we cannot give specific advice on what would be the correct size you might require directly, but we would always suggest checking our Size Guides that have been put together by our Brand Partners carefully before confirming and paying for your order.
Yes, you are more than welcome to visit either of our two Midlands Showrooms during our opening hours.
However, whilst we carry a large sample range of items from across our brand partners, if there is a specific item/size you are looking for, please ensure you check ahead with us to save you making a wasted trip as we don’t carry every item in every size as part of our showroom collections.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address that you have used during the checkout process.
Please ensure you check your Junk Mail if you don’t receive this e-mail within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Within 24 working hours of your order being placed, the MDH Team will process your order and at this stage, check the stock availability of both our internal stock and the stock showing as available at the supplier.
Our standard lead time will vary slightly depending on the nature and complexity of your order; please see below for further information:-
Embellished Goods refer to any items requiring Embroidery and/or Printing.
- Non-Embellished Goods (in stock at MDH Warehouse) – 1-3 Working Days
- Non-Embellished Goods (bespoke order from Supplier) – 7-10 Working Days
- Embellished Goods (non peak – November through June) – 10-15 Working Days
- Embellished Goods (Peak – July through October) – 15-20 Working Days
Where an order contains a combination of products from the list above, the maximum lead time will apply.
If you wish for an order to run to the advised lead time above, then you should consider placing orders separately.
If there is a problem on your order that will take our completion / lead-time outside of the advised times on our Delivery & Returns Page, then we will aim to notify you within 24-72 working hours of your order being placed.
At this stage, you will have the option to split your order to ensure any available elements can be completed within the advised lead-times or cancel the affected part of your order for a refund / part-refund if you don’t wish to wait for the item(s) to be available again.
If you receive your order and there is a problem, please e-mail through to the MDH Team on [email protected] with a copy of your Order Number and a quick explanation of the issue to allow us to help further.
ORDERS REQUIRING EMBELLISHMENT (EMBROIDERY/PRINTING)
If you wish to change either the items on your order or the embroidery/printing requirements, this may only be possible if the application of embroidery and printing has not yet taken place. Please e-mail through to [email protected] with a copy of your Order Number along with the change(s) you wish to make and a member of the MDH Team will be able to assist further.
PLAIN STOCK ORDERS
If you wish to make amendments to your order before completion and shipping, please e-mail through to [email protected] with a copy of your Order Number along with the change(s) you wish to make and a member of the MDH Team will be able to assist further.
RE-HANDLING CHARGES
Please note that any goods that have already been shipped by our supplier and are subsequently cancelled or amended will be subject to rehandling charges, that are outlined on our Delivery & Returns Policy.

PLEASE NOTE that all embellished goods are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
PLEASE NOTE that all returns must be accompanied by a RETURNS FORM; any returns received without a RETURNS FORM will not be processed.
