Lead Times
Our standard lead time will vary slightly depending on the nature and complexity of your order; please see below for further information:-
Embellished Goods refer to any items requiring Embroidery and/or Printing..
- Non-Embellished Goods (in stock at MDH Warehouse) – 1-3 Working Days
- Non-Embellished Goods (bespoke order from Supplier) – 7-10 Working Days
- Embellished Goods (non peak – November through June) – 10-15 Working Days
- Embellished Goods (Peak – July through October) – 15-20 Working Days
Where an order contains a combination of products from the list above, the maximum lead time will apply.
If you wish for an order to run to the advised lead time above, then you should consider placing orders separately.
To help reduce our lead times as much as possible, we keep a working stock of products from our teamwear brands, including Nike, Adidas, Joma, Macron, Canterbury and Gray Nicolls at our Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
However, due to the large variety and volume of products within the teamwear ranges offered, we are not able to hold every combination of size and colour in stock, so in this instance, we will have to purchase direct from your chosen brand(s) and this process is factored into the lead times advised above.
During peak times of the year, there may be fluctuations in the lead time to source goods from our brand partners and we will endeavour to keep you updated during these periods to best manage your expectations.
Delivery & Couriers
Once your order is complete and ready to send out, MDH Teamwear & Trophies carries out delivery via our partners below.
Regardless of which delivery method is used, you will receive updates on delivery once your order has shipped using the contact information (phone and/or e-mail) you provided at the time of placing your order.
With respect to our Courier Deliveries, on the morning of your delivery you will receive a notification directly to confirm the timeslot that your delivery is planned for and if required, you will be able to amend the delivery time by following the links they provide.

* Please note that the option to send via Royal Mail will only be available if your order is under 2kg.

MDH Teamwear & Trophies will not be liable under any circumstances, in the instance of any lost, missing or damaged items from an order, unless notified by e-mail to [email protected] or written notice to Unit D3, Welland Business Park, Valley Way Industrial Estate, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7PS.
In the event of damaged/missing items from a delivery, this must be done within 7 days of the delivery being made to allow the MDH Team to investigate fully and provide the best chance of finding a resolution.
Delivery Locations
Currently, we are only able to ship to the UK Mainland (England, Scotland & Wales).
We are working to introduce further delivery locations in the future.

Returns
Before returning any goods to MDH Teamwear & Trophies, please ensure you have downloaded and completed a copy of our Returns Form; this must be included within your return package.
Any returns that are received without a completed Returns Form will not be processed.
Non-Embellished Goods
Eligible items must be returned within 28 days of receipt, in unused, “as new” condition, and in their original packaging with the tags still intact. If the products have been worn or if the packaging and/or tags have been damaged, this will revoke your right to return the goods under our returns policy.
Your refund for any eligible returned items will be processed within 5 working days of receipt; please note that the original delivery costs for your order/items are non-refundable.
Any returns sent back to MDH Teamwear & Trophies are done so at your own cost and risk, so for this reason we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items during the returns process.
We do not offer exchanges and if required, we advise that any replacements be ordered directly through our website.

Embellished Goods
All Embellished Goods are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless there is a manufacturing defect (see below).
Manufacturing Defect
In the instance of a manufacturing defect with your purchase, please e-mail through to [email protected] with the following information to allow the MDH Team to assist further and arrange a replacement where required.
